The rooms are elegantly decorated and spotless, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guests' satisfaction. The breakfast buffet is copious and there are good places to eat nearby.
The hotel lacks an iron for guests to use, which can be inconvenient for those who need to remove creases from their clothing.

The location of the hotel was perfect - very close to mosques and within walking distance of the major historical sites in this city. It was away from everything in Sultanahmet, but still conveniently close to Bosphorus ferry terminals. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
